Faculty of Medicine and Health Peer Mentoring Program
Starting a degree can be both exciting and challenging. The FMH Peer Mentoring Program is here to support your transition into university life, help you build valuable skills, meet new people, and feel welcomed into our vibrant student community.
Running from Welcome Week through Week 6 of Semester One, the program connects new students with experienced senior student mentors.
Your mentor will:
Share helpful advice on getting started at the University of Sydney, and what it is like to study in the Faculty of Medicine and Health
Facilitate conversations with your small peer group - helping you to make connections and new friends
Support you in building a sense of connection and belonging
This program is designed to help you make the most of your time at university.
