Congratulations on commencing your course in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and welcome to our Postgraduate Mentoring Program.
We'll connect you with a small group of other new students led by your Postgraduate Student Mentor, a senior student in your area of study there to support you throughout the first six weeks of study.
Your Postgraduate Student Mentor will be there to check in and answer any questions you have about getting started and settling into your studies. They'll share advice on starting postgraduate studies, facilitate conversation and support your group to feel a sense of connection and belonging in our community.
Mentors have all been new students themselves, so they understand what it is like to commence postgraduate studies at the University of Sydney.
