The Sydney Conservatorium of Music (SCM) Peer Mentoring Program is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment for students within the Conservatorium. The program connects peer mentors with first year mentees, providing guidance and support on the transition to tertiary music studies, leadership development, and opportunities for community engagement.
