The ADP Peer Mentoring Program is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment for students within the School of ADP. The program connects peer mentors with groups of mentees, providing academic guidance, leadership development, and opportunities for community engagement. Peer mentors will earn points based on their active participation in program activities, and they can receive valuable rewards upon reaching specific milestones.

Program Objectives:

Academic Support
Assist mentees in achieving academic excellence by providing guidance on presentations, study techniques, and time management.

Leadership Development
Cultivate leadership skills and promote a sense of responsibility among peer mentors through volunteering and knowledge sharing.

Community Engagement
Encourage active participation in faculty events to enhance the overall university experience.

Skill Enhancement
Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and expertise on commonly used architecture and design software among students.
