The Business School Peer Mentoring Program connects first-year students with mentors during the Business School Welcome Day. Mentors are senior students within the School who provide guidance and support during the first five weeks of the semester, including:
- Sharing knowledge and their experiences.
- Providing general information about the Business School and your course.
- Providing support and advice about getting started at the University of Sydney Business School.
- Answering general questions or providing guidance to Business School or University services.
- Organising mentoring sessions and group activities to help first-year students build networks and connections with peers.
First-year students will receive more information during the Undergraduate Business School Welcome Day on the 24th of July, 2024.
One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination. - John C. Maxwell
